For the best experience and results, I kindly ask that clients who are tender-headed, sensitive to tension, have scalp conditions, or have never had braids before refrain from booking. My priority is to provide a comfortable and professional service, and certain scalp sensitivities or conditions may impact the overall experience and final results.

TRAVELING FEE
Our travel fees are separate from service costs, as they cover expenses such as transportation, time, and convenience for on-location appointments. The total fee varies based on the distance and specific location.
If you require a mobile appointment, please contact me in advance to confirm availability and discuss pricing. Travel rates are determined by mileage and travel time, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience.

SHAMPOO & DRY
At this time, we are not offering shampoo and drying services, so all clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed and fully dried before their appointment. Properly prepped hair ensures a smooth and efficient braiding process while allowing for the best results.
If you require hair drying assistance, you must arrive with your hair in two braids and ensure it is completely clean and free of any oils or heavy products. This helps maintain the quality of your style and allows me to proceed with the service without any delays.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in rescheduling or an additional fee. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions before your appointment.
